Before choosing an everyday drink: match the exact version

By SteadyScale editorial · Updated October 16, 2026

Begin with the full name

Our example compares three US shelf-stable almondmilk panels. A refrigerated or barista product, or a similarly named unsweetened flavor, needs its own record. Similar carton artwork is not enough to establish that the panel is the same.

Hold the basis steady

The linked panels share a labeled volume. Read the table on that basis before extending it to your own glass. Total sugars and added sugars are separate fields with a defined relationship; do not add them together or switch fields between products.

Leave qualified values qualified

A less-than fiber declaration is not an exact amount. Our normalized table does not invent a precise value for that row. The ingredient overview and source link help orient you, but the complete current package remains essential for ingredient and allergen decisions.

Keep expectations realistic

This guide does not test flavor, recommend a drink for a medical condition or promise a weight outcome. Confirm package details and retailer terms before buying. No purchase or personal health information is needed to explore these labels.
