What is being compared
These are the US manufacturer web panels for the dry, as-packaged cereals. We are not mixing them with the separate with-milk examples. The table is per labeled serving: the serving weights are not identical, so a difference in a row is not an equal-weight comparison.
How to use the table
Start with each serving description. Read the nutrient field you came to understand, then open the individual records for derived per-100 g context. A cup is a volume measure; it is not a promise that each cereal weighs the same. Keep preparation and product version fixed before interpreting a difference.
What this comparison cannot decide
No overall health winner, taste preference or personal portion is inferred. Check current packages, including the product-specific wheat statement. These are published-label comparisons, not laboratory or taste-test results. A source change pauses this analysis until it is reviewed.
